Has been organizing state level Continuing Medical Education programs every year in Kannur District from year 2008. Has organized 13 state level Continuing Medical Education programs

Organized two annual State Ophthalmic Conferences in years 2009 (Drishti 2009) and 2018 (Drishti 2018). Kerala Society of Ophthalmic Surgeons organizes the 3 day annual conferences every year in November .

Have many presentations in state, national and international conferences.

Got the best paper certificate for the presentation titled “Posterior Iris Claw lens for surgical correction of Aphakia – Long term results” at the 69th annual national conference of All India Ophthalmic Society in year 2011 at Ahmedabad. Won the second best poster award at Asia ARVO ( The association for research in Vision and ophthalmology ) in 2013 - for presentation Posterior Iris Claw Lens for Surgical Correction of Aphakia
